Full time studies is 7.5 credits per period. This means that if a course of 7.5 credits runs over two periods, it is taught at 50% of full time studies. You then need to combine it with another 50% course which runs the same periods. It might aslo be possible to combine it with a 7.5 course that runs full time over one period (depending on the schedule of both courses).

If a course is 15 credits and runs over two periods, the workload is full time studies. It cannot be combined with any other courses.

Courses at other faculties

We have good experiences with combining the courses of the Faculty of Education with courses from the Faculty of Arts (Scandinavian Cultural and Social Studies and History) and with the Faculty of Social Sciences (first cycle courses and second cycle courses).

The international coordinator at the Faculty of Education has to inquire availability of the courses at other faculties, and attandance cannot be guaranteed.
